Return & Refund Policy

At beyond.com.bd, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You received a product with missing parts or accessories.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Personal care products

  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To submit a return request:

  1. Contact our support team at support@beyond.com.bd or through the website’s contact form.

  2. Provide your order number, product photos, and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide approval instructions.

Once approved:

  • You must send the product back using the provided return address.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued in one of the following ways:

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit

  • Replacement product (customer choice)


5. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges only for:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still request a return after receiving it.
